I am primarily a digital artist (hobby photographer) and I would disagree and agree with some of this. I don't believe limited edition makes sense in my end of the art world for exactly the same reasons. If someone wants to "own" my art they are going to have to pay me the "value" of said work. Speculators are no ones friend.
