I am new in the Art Festival business and I just got a 10 X 10 Goliath King canopy that came with no assembly instructions. My problem is that I tried to setup the canopy to take the picture of my display. However, I couldn't do it because when I opened the frame, it doesn't open to the center height that is needed. I called the company where I bought it from asking for instructions but the costumer service is horrible.
Could anyone can give me any instructions how I can open the frame properly?
