Based on current printing processes, you no longer print entire
editions at the same time, which used to put you close to bankruptcy
if they didn't sell fast enough for you to pay the printing bill.
Everything today is print on demand. Books, photographs greeting
cards, etc.all get printed as they sell.
I'm against limited editions, but don't additional additions
invalidate the contract you have with the purchaser, unless you
provide that information in writing (COA) at the point of purchase,
which makes the number of pieces in the addition invalid?
