Gene, I think if you buying an economical tent that means no money for a good
tent. Also it was mention that it is a starting tent.

If you decide to return it, I would purchase a Trimline or a Light Dome -
both are sturdy, solid, waterproof and likely to last more than 3-4 seasons.
They are considerably more expensive, but having owned an EzUp - I can
attest to the difference in quality.
Customer service with Flourish, the manufacturers of Trimline, is nothing
short of oustanding!. I have no experience with LIght Dome, but I assume
that their popularity reflects their customer service as well.
