Catching up on my mail and got a Light Impressions catalog. They have the Delkin Gold BD-R. Says its 200 years. 25GB for only $45.15 per disk. They have the Archival GOld DVD-R for 25/$107.25 or $ 4.29 each.
On another forum the discussion of long term backup came up a few months ago. There was actually some consensus that rather than DVD/CD/BD that you back up to a hard drive and store it off site. Make sense for me since I have over 2TB of images which would cost $3600 for backup to the Gold BD discs. (ouch that would hurt).
