If I remember your earlier post and photo there could be a couple of items that could put you in jeopardy.
I think the photo was of the Lombardi statue in front of the clubhouse/stadium at Lambeau Field.
The statue is probably copyrighted by the artist, just like one of your images.
Vince Lombardi's image may be trademarked by his heirs. Think something like an image of James Dean or Marilyn Monroe.
If there was a Green Bay Packers logo in the image or Lambeau Field sign then both of those are probably trademarked.
In the case cited it was just a house. While it is somewhat unique there are other houses on that same street that are similar. And the house is not the symbol for a business or other entity so isn't trademarked. Part of the case was based on the fact that the user was using the image for commercial purposes.
Bottom line for me is 'be careful out there' as they used to say in Hill Street Blues.
