I have a large collection of Walker hangers. They are well made, and do what they're supposed to do. They are very expensive, and you can end up with a few hundred dollars invested in the blink of an eye. You need a sized "J" hook, 1 rod, and a 2-5 hangers per vertical "set," depending on how many pieces you plan to hang in each vertical column. You would most likely want one "set" for each panel you have, more or less depending on the horizontal sizes of your pieces. Average would be 3 sets per 10' wall. If you use both sides of your walls or panels, then you may want to consider more.
Note - The Walker system, like most hanging systems, provides a "vertical" hanging system. In other words, you hang top to bottom on the same vertical rod. 6' rods are most common, and can accommodate 3 moderate size pieces on a 7' wall. Be aware that vertical hanging systems do have a down side - If you have a piece that's 36" wide, and one or two others that are only 20" wide, you will waste some wall space. Some "creative" planning can help maximize your hanging ability in this situation. Consider this carefully when using ANY vertical hanging system.
Finally - I would recommend that you have sturdy walls on which to hang them. I would not try to hang them over mesh walls, unless you can tie them off on the bottom with a "sta-bar" or something equivalent. They work great with pro panels (doesn't everything!?). I place a velcro "dot" behind each hanger to keep it bound to the walls.
