Best way to do it is to add the copyright data to a metadata template in
Bridge and then when you import the images off the memory card from the
camera you apply the template at the same time. You can add a lot of other
info at the same time, name contact info ect.

However once the images have been imported you'd have to select them in
Bridge and apply the template if that has not been done before. A one time
tedious task if you do it on import from then on. You'll have to update the
template every January first to get the right date on the copyright
statement.
