This is another example of 'painters' refusing to admit that photographers
are artists. Not once in Baio's defense of his action does he mention that
Maisel is an artist himself. And a very good -original- artist who doesn't
steal other artist's work.

Maisel unlike certain recent big name photographers, wisely invested his
money. He bought an old bank building in Manhattan many years ago, and used
the vault to store his negatives. Reichman has one of his video magazine
segments shot in that building with Maisel. The building has appreciated
wildly over the years and there are all sorts of idiots claiming since that
building is worth millions that Maisel has no right to demand payment?!
