Re: Selling Stock Photography Re: 35 mm slide tray holders

Thanks Ollie- yeah I used the round carousels too and yes I liked them better too. I might just make my own boxes from sheets of flat corrogated cardboard and then scribe and cut based on my 2x2's. I dont need that many (no more than 8). Another member sent a link where you can buy in bulk, but the minimum was 100 i think. If you do find any let me know please...Thx, Bill

I know what you are talking about and that is going to be a really tough find if you don't want to pay ebay prices. For some reason the boxes on these always get separated. Your best bet might be to wait until somebody is selling a large lot to get the best value and then request that they keep the trays to save on shipping weight. I'll save your email because I buy and sell stuff like this sometimes and I might find a pile of them. They are somewhat rare because the carousels were superior and replaced this design.

I would like to get hold of the cardboard boxes (measuring approx 10"L x 2"W x 2"D) that held square plastic tubes that you loaded with 35mm slides for projectors. I collect coins and these cardboard boxes are great for storing coins housed in 2 x 2 'flips'. Does anyone know where or who i could get some from. All my local camera shops dont have them, and I dont want to pay ebay prices. Thx in advance for any help...Bill
