Unlikely also when MN govt. is back up.

I have attempted to contact LA. dept. of revenue several times with
sales tax questions. No answered calls, no returned messages, no email replies. And I bet those who claim success contacting their state agencies received the same memorized answer -- "STOP BOTHERING ME AND PAY THE TAX!!"
