I've paid sales and use tax in Minnesota. Michael's guidance is good,

You may also need to pay a Hennipen County tax if the art fair was in
Hennepin County. You can do this at the same time that pay the State
sales tax.
Even though the Minnesota government is shut down, they are still
collecting taxes, so I would not wait to file. According to a news story
tonight (I live in Minnesota), they still have a limited staff on hand
to process payments.
