Its the promoters show and I think its there discretion to dip what ever.
I'm was recently denied to a small show where I found out the husband of the
chair is a photographer at the show. Win some lose some. Its me and the
customers at a show. After all the artist knew the rules, broke the rules
got caught. The other artist apparently understood the politics of this
game.
