I just got my square last week. I ran 2.00 to make sure it was working.
I ran the $2 on July 7th (thursday) and $1.94 was in my account on
Monday July 11th. Online, someone sugggested using Twitter @sqsupport
for a quicker response to problems. Don't know ifthat works or not.
Also, found this number 415-375-3176 for them on a blog site. Don't
know if valid. Good luck.

Thanks Oscar but it was under $1000. And I did try the online help and
all they did was copy me the same info that is already posted on their
website.
This information was totally not relevant to the problem. I sent another
reply and got the very same information...again. Then I asked online
specifically if there is any possibility of an actual person ever
calling me back and all they did was send me the same page again...same
unrelated information once again (3 times now).
Maybe they have no actual human being there could it be that Square
organization is really a group of android robots?
I am starting to not trust them.
Has anyone else had trouble getting paid???
The Square sounded great, at first, but perhaps this follows that old
philosophy that says "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is
too good to be true"
