That's a little confusing! It's actually more like this:
From the menu at the top, click on Menu, then My Account.
It took me a minute to find My Account, because it isn't in the menu at
the top. I don't think I've ever before seen a menu system that had a
"Menu" item, and I've seen a lot of them. Okay, I take that back, I've
actually put that in a menu, but it normally was "Lunch Menu" and
"Dinner Menu" or "To Go Menu" on a restaurant website.
I take it you've disabled activation now, it didn't ask me on this last
try. Please delete the user "vanhorn", it still needs to be activated
and I'm using "vanvanhorn" instead.
