I second the images and watermarks point
my website has no photograph I care about larger than 800 pixels on the long
side. that's roughly 0.5 megapixels at the most
if someone wants to print my images from it so be it. they'll never print
even halfway decently larger than 3.5" x 5"
another common technique, the transparent image overlay, has been ruined as
well. open a recent version of firefox. go to tools - page info - media tab
and start looking through what comes up. I can grab an image in seconds
with this.
