Just my view, and I know it is not always well seen, but don't try at all to sell any photograph.
You just become the last one in a line of millions, amateurs and professionals, who also want to sell their photograph.
Sell the service of creating, charge people for that, and give them the photograph. Find combinations with other related services, as maybe training and lectures.
