I'll jump in here... yes you can get clear bags in many standard
sizes. 20x30" is one of them. Matted 20x30's at 28x38 will fit a
larger size, but not exactly. Can't remember the dimensions.

You can use one of thePropanels or Armstrong folding bins -- the
largest ProPanel bin will hold up to 42".

A cheaper solution is a board with a couple of battens fastened to the
bottom, covered with a piece of carpet. Make the board 10-12" wide by
40" long, and tack an additional 3/4" x 3/4" strip across the long
edge to keep prints from sliding off. Set this on the ground, lean the
prints against a wall. Works for frames, too.
