Friday night setup for Bayou, in my opinion, is bad, unless you are in the lucky spots that allow daytime setup on Friday. For the past couple years I have been on Hermann Square, which allows me to setup during the day on Friday. For me, that is the only way to go...being on the street you can't start setting up until later in the evening, when they close the downtown streets to traffic for the show. I have seen plenty of artists stay up all night setting up, and I have done this as well in the past...no fun for sure. However, if memory serves, you have your setup down to a science Mark, so may not be too bad for you.
Good luck at St James and we'll see you in Houston!

Be sure to wash the pickle jar out. Spinnin' that lid off under a clients nose can be devestating to the sale.
St James next week, then see you in Bayou. Need the good steakhouse tips. Email me about Friday night setup. I fear the worst
