well if it doesn't start til 2012 that's plenty of time to get good
internal recordkeeping in place even if we don't report it -= seems
like a good idea to know if one is spending $$$ with Vendor 1 when
Vendor 2 is just as good and not as much === everything is about
gathering data...with databases and comptuer software it's fairly
painless [certainly better than going thru those old checks!!!]
