To my knowledge, John Mee Canopies (800-987-3663) has the only heavy duty vinyl, waterproof top & sides available for pop-up tents. I bought a set in August, and have been very pleased with it. It is VERY heavy duty, and IMO, as sturdy as anything on the market. Did I mention it is waterPROOF, not just water resistent? Cost is about $350 for top, and the same for 4 sides. I paid extra for extra zippers - 1 on each side and back wall, and 2 in the front wall.
For a frame, I would strongly recommend the KD Majesty frame, as it too seems to be the sturdiest of the pop-up variety. Mine is several years old, and shows no sign of wear.
FWIW - I recently bought a Sta-bar kit from Flourish for my KD. Don't know how much use it will be yet, but it certainly helps keep the poles straight when setting up.
