Do consider writing them an email with feedback. I was in the QWAC last year and gave them some specific feedback on improving the layout (i.e. setting the tents back further from the pathways so as not to create such a tight passage), and they took it graciously and appear to have implemented those ideas this year.
I was also in this year's show, and found the crowds much smaller compared to last year. I spoke to a number of artists who have done previous shows, and sales seemed to be down for many this year.
