Re: [artshow_photo] Copyright for a Collection

Mark has given you very good advice. There was a series of articles
in Photoshop User magazine by Reznicki and Greenberg that gave step
by step instructions with screen dumps for on line registration. I
have followed the on line registration without any difficulty. It is
quite simple. Do acquire the book or back issues of Photoshop User.

However, three items of caution. One, you must enter the "release
date" of your oldest image, the one released first, for the entire
collection. Two, turn ON pop-up Windows in your browser since when
prompted to pay your $35, it uses a pop-up window. Three, I don't
know about the latest version of Safari, but the older version a year
ago would NOT work with the Copyright Web site. Use only Firefox or
Internet Explorer.

One other item, you do NOT need to submit high res JPEGs. Low res
files in one folder will do just fine and ultimately reduce your
uploading time. However, high speed Internet is desirable.
