Thanks Larry, I actually did not do the DMCA thing on Flickr, but contacted
the user directly. I just can't believe he would take a high res image of
my work with a DSLR and post the 16MB file on flickr for anyone to download
and print...unbelievable!

He didn't respond to me, but did remove the image.

This guy claims to be a photographer and was passing my work off as his own
- he even claimed a copyright on it...
