[artshow_photo] Re: Winter gear for photographers = boots?

Thanks to all for the info. I ended up going to REI yesterday and
found Vasques on sale. They have a GoreTex liner and I specified to
the salesperson [who seemed quite knowledgeable] that with Smart
Wools they'd be warm, as they would stay dry. These won't be worn
all that often = mainly in snow on occasional trips out to Boulder
area of CO and up into RMNP. They're certainly an improvement on
what I have = and will keep the notes on others should I end up
spending more time outside.
