This is why I only print on non RC papers such as 100% rag.

Well, i don't know if it is "outgassing", but I experienced the
same "fogging" on the glass with prints on matte paper
when exposed to the sun. I have noticed that the darker the
image on the print the more "fogging" occurs and by
feeling the print by hand, the hotter they get. Stands to reason
that black will absorb more of the sun's energy than lighter colors.
So I believe heat plays some part in this fogging.
