OOoooo, my bad...I didn't give enough information (but thank you for your
VERY descriptive sharing, Salongo).
What I am hoping to do is come up with an attractive presentation idea that
involves have my images "mounted" onto block wood--but not in a permanent
fashion. I would like to allow my collectors the option to dismount an image
and frame as they might like in the future. So, I think my specific question
is: is there an acid buffer that could go between an image and a nice piece of
wood that has been stained or even just oiled? I'm hoping to use "natural"
methods of staining--so hopefully not add to the acid situation using wood)?
Then, there will be UV-anti-glare acrylic over the image, the whole dimension of
the wood surface.

Subject: [artshow_photo] RE; Mounting Wood

I've been mounting on wood (MDF, Luan, OSB and Plywood) for about 6 years
now. After I sand the surface I used Mod Podge (water based and acid free)
