[artshow_photo] Re: Anyone using Carbonite for back up?

 



I could store raw files on Photoshelter, but they are already backed up on two CDs/DVDs and two hard drives. I use Photoshelter to display and deliver finished tiffs or jpgs and those images are also backed up on two hard drives.

Yes, any of these online storage places can go out of business tomorrow, eg: Digital Railroad, but considering how slow Carbonite works, there are few options.

Carbonite is a good company and so is Mozy - both provide excellent products at a fair price.

unless you need smartphone interface, I prefer Mozy just because they allow you to pay by the month vs pay for the year upfront as Carbonite does.
