> Why the "need" for pro panels?
Propanels provide much needed stability between the legs of any tent,
but especially an EZ-UP. Zip-tied to the corners, three or four
ProPanels help prevent racking in moderate winds and add weight to the
structure in a way that mesh panels simply cannot do.
There was a good article in the last issue of the NAIA newsletter
about weighting canopies in the wind. If you are a member, or even if
you're not, the article was a good rundown of how to keep your tent
stable in bad weather. You can usually find a volunteer handing out
copies at the bigger shows. They used to post them online, but the
latest is over a year old.
