The main thing about slideshows is to have them in the right
resolution for the screen, I think. I use Aperture but it should be
no different with iPhoto or Lightroom = make sure that the images
work well with the display on the iPad - I think there is information
regarding the specs of the iPad at the Apple site.
I use Aperture to create Slideshows to use at some of my shows to
display additional images - were I to do it for the iPad I'd create
the slideshow and then export it to whatever the iPad takes --- I
like the idea others have suggested of just putting the show up on
MobileMe and showing it from there = but sometimes it's good to have
the show resident on the iPad, if you're not connected.
