You can use WebAssist's free PayPal button plug-in for Dreamweaver --
it essentially creates a block of code that will open a new window
with the PayPal info that you furnish. You can either create a button
for each item, or do a pop-up menu. Shipping can be flat rate, or
figured as dimensional shipping via UPS. I do flat rate, as it's
generally easier. You have to prebill for it, as you can't charge the
PayPal account once the customer finishes the transaction.

Read the developer docs on PayPal to get an idea of what the options
are -- you can also build buttons there directly, and paste the HTML
into most any editor.
Go to PayPal, click on the Merchant Services tab. You'll need a
business account.
