Resolution isn't an image size. Unless they specify how many actual
pixels the need, they haven't asked for an image yet.

And in case you weren't aware of it, resolution (300PPI vs. 72PPI) is
irrelevant since it can be changed non destructively unless you
change the pixel dimensions. Images of the same pixel dimensions at
72PPI and at 300PPI are exactly the same file size and will display
exactly the same size on a monitor or when using a projector.

I would contact them and tell them they haven't asked for an image yet.
