There are some free Photoshop actions that are very capable for creating
a variety of edge wrap effects, so I wouldn't buy GF just to have that
feature. Even without the actions, it's not really that difficult to do.
The harder part is deciding what you want on the edge, and that's
different depending on the original image. Sometimes a reflection looks
good, but sometimes a smear, liquify or stretch, or maybe a combination,
is better. I try out a few things on a low resolution file first to see
what I like and then run the action on the full file, but the actions
that automate it are available for free, and there was never a white
corner with them. That's just dumb.
