Remember that doing a good printing job requires at least 200 dpi, and
most of us use a lot more than that, so your 900 pixel wide image is
only good for printing really small stuff. If it takes that many pixels
to look good on screen, I'd say upload that many pixels. The possibility
that someone might print out a six-inch wide panorama to stick above
their monitor isn't, in my ever-so-humble opinion, likely to cut into
any actual sales.

Put a copyright bug with your name or website at the lower right corner,
in a way that's legible but not destructive, and be happy.
