Again. Resolution isn't an issue. Stop thinking
it can define what they can do with it. Only
actual pixels means anything. You can change the
image from 72PPI to 300PPI non destructively as
long as you don't change the number of pixels.

The only thing that matters is that you give them
enough pixels to do what they want with your
image, which is why it should be limited in (long pixel dimensions) size.
