[artshow_photo] Wierd deadline dates in some show info

I'm going thru the various shows and their deadlines etc. - both on
ZAPP and other sites etc. and I don't know if it's me, but I keep
finding different dates for application due dates

on ZAPP i found something really wierd

Fountain Square Art== at the top it says App deadline 2/4/11 midnight

below ref important dates =
1/31 regular deadline by midnight
week of 1/31 [before the 2/4 date] is jury session

am I missing something???
