I can see where you're comin' from. I won't lose a sale because of the lack of a dollar... if they don't have it, I'll put it in the till myself, but I will still announce that there is tax being charged, and that it's not just a whim on my part ;-)

am! Especially after what happened a few hours ago!
However - I used to say that but not for the smaller amounts! It seems everyone
has $20 in their pockets - espicially teenagers who oddly buy a lot of my
smaller 8x12 prints! But coming up with an extra $1 would be breaking another
$20.
