OK I posted this on RV.NET and it as expected, generated a lot of replies.
This does not seem to be affecting RVs. But there have been reports of
people with Decals or Signs on their trailers being stopped and given the
same treatment. Apparently they hit a lot of people at the Quartzite show
(rocks and gems). They did the inspection abd demanded CDL licenses. And I
assume issued big tickets.
They do not seem to be stopping people without signs or decals. So if you
drive thru AZ, don't have signs on your trailer. I'll keep an eye on
RV.NETand if anything authoritative comes up, I'll post it here.
