I don't even know what that means. The creator always holds "full copyright". A CC license is just a checklist of preset licensing terms the creator can choose to offer.

Really. They're a web design firm with "naive" designers, and this one tiny image that they got busted for is the "only one"? Why do I have a hard time believing that?
