Send your image files reduced (properly sharpened) of what you'll have in your booth. As far as which images of your images to send, I recommend your most unique images that will help you be memorable, i.e. avoid waterfalls and very recognizable outdoor scenes if you are an outdoor/nature photographer.
I remember reading on here or in one of Larry's articles about being in the room during a jury process where a judge asked "do all you photographers shoot at the same location?" Originality is needed.
