[artshow_photo] Release in Contest

OK...so this might be a really dumb question (and the answer I am thinking is a
given). Should I have a problem with this stipulation for a photographic
contest?

Release: All photos become the property of _________________________, Inc. By
submitting an entry, you give __________ permission to use the photos in its
publications, educational programs, and publicity efforts. Submitted photos may
be featured in a City building and on our website. Contestants must know the
names and addresses of any identifiable persons in the photos; who must also
sign an affidavit of release without compensation

I think I have a problem with it...
