Regardless of why this bill originated it is one of the most ridiculous bills out there. If there is a legitimate problem with PETA and farmers then trampling on everyones right to free speech should not be the solution.
Anything in public view can be photographed (with very limited exceptions).
Imagine if this bill did pass and was upheld throughout the courts. Where would it end? Anyone who didn't like pictures taken of something could push to have a law outlawing it. How much news and information would then become 'illegal'?
