This law was designed to protect FACTORY FARMS from photos and videos that exposed some of the things going on behind the scenes.....it was not intended for REAL farmers, although it would apply to all farms if passed. REAL farmers don't need protection from groups like PETA. I have the upmost respect for farmers. Factory farms on the other hand are a different matter and because they are owned and operated by huge corporations, they need as much oversight as possible. This law was proposed as protection for CORPORATIONS.
