If you're going after fine art I would suggest trying to market via Facebook ads or Google Adwords and make sure your prices are very high, say $300 - $500 and up as opposed to the usual $25 and up. Sell pre-framed prints; signed, limited editions and so on.
That's just my opinion of how I would approach it if I were in your shoes. I would also try to work with local merchants or even open a shop to display the prints in the most touristy local area.
