You can certainly ask me, but their customer support is part of the selling
price, and for good reason. I agree that the system is a kludge at best,
and for a long time I continued to print out of PhotoShop, particularly
after a massive ink spillage ( a software issue that has since been
corrected). I am now using it, as I find spooling work is a real treat.
