Hey, Phil - I have to suggest that you call Mark at Frame Destination about the Gallery Pouches - they can do custom sizes, and they are LIFESAVERS when it comes to transporting gallery wraps safely.
I get a bag that can fit two, 2" deep 30x40 canvas wraps with no problem. They're kept safe, and accessible, and I love them. A single person can load the wraps without hoopla, unlike flimsier foam packages/bags.
I don't work for Frame Destination, but I own 8 of their pouches (not foam - double bubble with smooth sides on both the inside and outside of the pouch, with velcro closure strips if you want to use them) and I swear by them. The best, ever, in my opinion.
Light and laughter,
Deb Booth

For gallery wraps (most are 20x30), I print only one, but generally also will offer matted versions of the wrap images in one or two smaller sizes.
I talked with Uline recently about those foam pouches and they aren't deep enough to accommodate wraps, at least not the wrap bars that are almost 2 inches deep.
