| Hi Steve, I've sold a few things from my Zazzle account. Starting in August of 2010 posting products, and stopping six months later because of other business, I've sold approximately $ 50.00 of merchandise. I have close to 600 products posted. I've never tried selling pictures, outright. Apparently it's an option, though. I sell mainly postcards and my biggest sale was of snapping turtle stickers. I've also sold a few iPhone covers. I did try selling stock photos from PhotoShelter but I didn't promote it so didn't have any success. Plus, I don't think stock is my strong point. I'm more of a magazine/illustrator/ article person. The good things about Zazzle are: it's free. you can set your own royalty. if you are a halfway decent photog you will see some sales. The bad things about Zazzle are: the site is inundated with just plain junk. okay, to be fair maybe someone will buy it, but the golden trinkets are hard to find buried under all the rubbish. I decided to use the site mainly as a hobby and to showcase my work, but I do think there might be potential there. I recommend reading their forums and of course, deciding for yourself what is a good idea. There is a LOT of BS in forums and everywhere else on the web. Personally, I don't like to put a lot of time into somethhing unless I know that it has a pretty good chance of it being a money maker for me because I freelance fulltime. check out my site to see what you can do on Zazzle: http://www.zazzle.com/neyellen There are many options available for customizing, and many friendly Zazzlers. Good luck to you and everyone else in this field! Ellen --- On Sat, 4/23/11, James Westover <kharmafactoryrep@gmail.com> wrote:
