I approached it from a different direction, I had kids who loved the pictures on the wall of the african animals but the parents would just say "we'll come back later" yes...be backs! So I printed up an elephant pic, a zebra pic and a couple of others and had them plaqued, they're about 5x7 I think. I put them in a basket on the floor, propping them up on the sides of the basket or wire stands. The kids are free to pick them up, they don't damage them, fingerprints don't show, and as they are great for kids bedrooms, the kids look at the one they love and then gripping the picture give their parents that doleful look and sometimes they do buy it. I price it much cheaper, within a kids kind of price range and if the kid gets the picture I have helped start someone on their appreciation of art, so its a win win all the way round. I have had several times that kids have bought them for their brother or sister, they open up their wallet and very carefully pull out their bills to pay....I get such a kick out of it, its worth it. They almost always go right to the basket when they come in the booth, and I love it when they pick them up.
