If you are in the U.S., the luxury buying market is not in that good of shape with rising food prices and record high gas prices. Spend this year and visit art shows and take notes of what photographers are displaying and is possible what is being bought as well as prices and sizes. It is advisable to start small (conservative) with what you might have to sell so that you aren't stuck with a lot of expensive inventory that won't sell.

You'll probably find at least 50% of photographers at art shows are selling nature photographs. If you can find a niche` aspect of photography that is appealing to art buyers you can do very well. But if you are selling the same type of photographs that most others are selling (nature) it may be rather difficult to make a profit.
