Just wondering if any Square users have received a chargeback yet, and how it gets handled? I've been using Square on my phone this season so far and no problems...but I've yet to deal with any problem customers. Watching another chargeback nightmare unravel for my wife with Touchpay though. It's like the merchant is instantly at fault, money is pulled out of the account along with a hefty chargeback fee until you can prove otherwise. Figuring Square is storing the receipt, location, and signature in there system so there shouldn't be much of an issue but was wondering?
